Easy Homemade Granola | Omega Mix Granola 椰香烤燕麦脆

Sometimes back, one of my reader asked me about granola recipe. I came across an article in a magazine that inspired me to make this.

It's pretty simple and straight forward. Just gather the ingredients and bake. Every piece is crispy, best to eat with yoghurt, overnight oats or even on its own for snacks. Kids gonna love this too ;)

Ingredients:

1.5 cups Rolled Oats

1 Cup Omega Mix or can be replaced with a mixture of nuts/ seeds

1/4 cup Coconut Oil (adjust the amount accordingly, if the mixture is too dry, add a little more)

1/4 cup Honey

Method:

1. Preheat oven 180'C.

2. In a bowl, mix together coconut oil and honey. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

3.  Spread it on a lined baking tray.

4. Bake 10 minutes. Stir with a kitchen tong, reset temperature to 130'C, bake until golden brown and crisp.

5. Remove from the oven, let it cool completely. Add some macadamia nuts, raisin or any nut or dried fruits of your preference. Store in an air tight container. Now this is my favourite snack! Eat with yogurt or just this! A very addictive but healthy snack!
